How to lose my weight!

     
              When I was a child I was very thin. My grandmother saw me that I was thin so much and she forced me to ate a lot until I became fatter and liked to ate sweets.I began fatter when second year in a high school. When I was going up to the fourth year high school. I had idea that I need to be thin. I started to lose weight when end of semester. Way to lose my weight is starveling and exercise .It is wrong. It can actually lose weight but when I ate as it, it result weight up and I fatter than ever.I lose weight again by didn't ate dinner but I can do a little moment.I lose weight again when end of semester.I lose weight again when I'm was second year in a college. Way was that I did not ate starchy foods and eat less. I eat snacks less and exercise too. It's good. I thin! but I did a little moment I fat aging!! I can not lose weight.because I like to eat especially snacks. It make me fat! Now  I control eating. I can't lose weight so I will control me when I eat food or snacks and exercise too. For people who want to lose weight. You should do the way. You foods provides nutrients full, try to exercise every day.Just as you will have a shape that slim. ^^

Raining day

       

           Today is raining day. I am bored and very lazy. I want to sleep all day. The rain it makes me feel lonely.When I listen to music, it makes me very lonely. I like to listen to music on rainy day. In the evening, I eat toast and hot milk with friends.It's yummy! When we go to dormitory, rain was torrent.We weathered to dormitory and we are wet but we fun with raining. ha ha!! 

FeelFree Gang

              My gang is FeelFree. We are close friends. We were friends since kindergarten, primary and high school. We were friends a long time. My friend have 28 people, men 13 and women 15 people. We were very close and love each other. When high school, every week there is free time we liked to made merit together. Then were growing up and dispersed learning in different institutions. We rarely have time to meet. We meet only during the holiday season, during the semester. We will meet at the home.Every time we have meeting.In the afternoon we will have to eat Knumjean (Noodles) together.After that we will go to cafe or friend's home. We like to play guitar and sing songs together.

         When we have free time we like to travel together. We are very happy when we spend time together. Friend is a person that I love is inferior to that of family. I love them very much. I love my friend I love my gang. We are family. We are FeelFree family! I miss my friend :( 

Cat Cat!

           I like cats since childhood. In children I liked to hug cat until  I was sleep.It felt warm like hug doll. I like Thailand and Persian cats.Both habits are different, but equally lovely. I like cats when it weakens me. I ever went to cat cafe at Bangkok. There had tea and cake for serviced customers together with many cat that were fat and so cute. I was so happy. Some cats liked to ate, it ate all when ate finish then went to slept. Some cats like to sleep. Some cats have a habit of persistent, but still cut. I can live with cut all day.Cats are good friends when I was home and I feel bored. Now! I don't have cat because my home have dog. My dogs are scolded so i can't have cat. T^T

Happy time at Amphawa.

           I went to Amphawa on 7-8 April, 2013 with my friend. She name is Eye who is my friend my gang! On 11 April, 2013 When I got up  I was bored so much. I wanted to travel. I told Eye and we decided to to travel together immediately. " We agreed to travel on the next day. 

            Next day we arrived at Amphawa in the afternoon. It was very hot. We checked in at Ruan Amphawa‎. In evening we went to Floating Market. There had many kind of food and a lot of people. I ate Srimara ice cream that were many flavors .It is so yummy! We went firefly tour into. It was beautiful. 

      We come back to Phitsanulok in the morning next day. This trip to Amphawa was first trip with my 

friend and my gang in Nu. Although we went to travel two people but it made me so happy.

I love cake ♥

Cake 

          I like to eat cake so much. I can eat cake without bored. I like to eat cakes of all kinds.I like to eat cake with hot green tea. Every time I eat cake, I'm happy so much. I want to go sit and eat cake every where the famous but I ever ate cake at Mr. Jones' Orphanage. Here is famous cafe. Cake were distasteful but decorated cafe very cute, and had teddy bear for take a photo. I like this cafe in this point.

                

                 

                 

                

      Yesterday I ate cake at Sabaii bakery with my friends.  We eat cake every week. Cake at Sabaii bakery is delicious. I drank lemon tea and ate macaron. It's so yummy! I want to eat cake every if eating cake don't make me fat.

      

Khao Kho

 Khao Kho

      Khao Kho is a place where me and my friends like to go when we have free time. It is a tourist attraction near home. It takes is not long time. We go to Khao Kho to take photos and drink tea and coffee. 

we like to go Story Cup where is Cafe but tea and coffee are expensive.Price is inappropriate for the quality but I still drink haha! Here is recently completed and has good atmosphere. 

        Every time we go there, we spent long time for take a photo.  We love take a photo so much. 

I'm happy every time when I was with my friend anywhere. ^^
