When I was a child I was very thin. My grandmother saw me that I was thin so much and she forced me to ate a lot until I became fatter and liked to ate sweets.I began fatter when second year in a high school. When I was going up to the fourth year high school. I had idea that I need to be thin. I started to lose weight when end of semester. Way to lose my weight is starveling and exercise .It is wrong. It can actually lose weight but when I ate as it, it result weight up and I fatter than ever.I lose weight again by didn't ate dinner but I can do a little moment.I lose weight again when end of semester.I lose weight again when I'm was second year in a college. Way was that I did not ate starchy foods and eat less. I eat snacks less and exercise too. It's good. I thin! but I did a little moment I fat aging!! I can not lose weight.because I like to eat especially snacks. It make me fat! Now I control eating. I can't lose weight so I will control me when I eat food or snacks and exercise too. For people who want to lose weight. You should do the way. You foods provides nutrients full, try to exercise every day.Just as you will have a shape that slim. ^^

How to lose my weight!
